Himmafushi

Himmafushi is a small island town in the Kaafu Atoll in the Maldives. While the atoll is a famous diving area, this specific village has limited on-island diving assets. Access to diving comes from nearby liveaboards and guest centers that operate from nearby atolls, with conditions typical of the central Maldives: warm, clear saltwater with vibrant reef life just offshore and shallow lagoons. Because the island itself has few dive centers, most divers stay nearby for day trips or short excursions to surrounding sites, including house reefs at guest stays and quick boat access to more varied reefs.
