Church Wall/Reef

Church Wall/Reef is a Caribbean-site near Roatán known for its vertical reef walls and healthy coral stands. Located close to the shore, the site typically features gentle to moderate current, clear turquoise water, and depths ranging from shallow drop-offs to around 20 meters, making it suitable for both beginners and intermediate divers. Expect schooling reef fish, colourful corals, and macro life along the wall, with opportunities to spot angelfish, parrotfish, and damsels. Access is straightforward from the beach or a short boat ride; entry is either a gentle shore dive or a short boat dive depending on conditions. The site forms part of Roatán’s celebrated underwater topography with plenty of shelter and swim-throughs along the reef crest.
