Barry’s Reef

Barry’s Reef is a local Caribbean dive site near Roatán, accessible from the surrounding coast. The site features typical reef topography with coral heads and patches of sandy bottom, and is suitable for recreational dives in calm conditions. Expect moderate visibility and common Western Caribbean species such as small reef fish, snappers, grunts, and occasional moray eels. Access is straightforward from the nearby shoreline or a dive boat, with shallow to moderate depths typical of reef explorations. This site is best enjoyed as part of a relaxed day of shore or short boat dives from Roatán.
