Key Largo

Woody’s Ledge

Woody’s Ledge is a coral-reef ledge dive off Key Largo, known for a sloping wall with plentiful marine life and clear water typical of the Florida Keys. The site features decent depth variation from shallow to mid-depth, and good visibility on most days. Divers commonly encounter a mix of tropical reef species such as parrotfish, angelfish, grunts, snappers, spiny lobsters, and reef sharks in the area, along with elegant macro life in the crevices. Access is straightforward from the local cove, with a gentle entry and a short surface interval before exploring the ledge’s nooks and crannies.
