Les PierresTombées - Caramassaigne is a local Mediterranean dive site near Cassis, accessible from the coastal towns of Cassis and Marseille. The site features rocky formations that create a mix of shallow and mid-depth dives with sheltered dips and small swim-throughs typical of the area. Expect clear water in good conditions, with typical Western Mediterranean species such as groupers, moray eels, octopus, and various wrasses around rocky outcrops and seagrass beds. Depths are generally shallow to moderate, with entry from rocky shores and buoyancy work the main skills on offer.
