Ghar Il Qamh

Ghar il Qamh is a Maltese dive site located along the western coast, near Żebbuġ and Għasri with easy access from nearby towns. Typical conditions are calm, with shallow to moderate depths and clear Mediterranean waters. The site offers a gentle topography suitable for introductory to intermediate divers, including rocky ledges and drift opportunities depending on currents. Common Western Maltese species are present in the surrounding waters, with opportunities to observe reef-associated fish and Mediterranean life. Access is straightforward from nearby coastal towns; divers often combine a shallow morning dive with a second site further along the coast if conditions permit.
