Expect a sandy bottom with scattered rocky outcrops and a cluster of small monuments or rock formations that earn the site its name. Underwater topography features include gentle inclines, small swim-throughs, and occasional patches of rocky rubble that shelter a range of reef-associated fish. Common species in this region include wrasses, tangs, damselfish, triggerfish, and occasional reef sharks or eagle rays in favorable conditions.
