Tombant Maeterlink

Tombant Maeterlink is a Mediterranean wall dive off the French Riviera, typically accessed within a short boat ride from Nice or nearby coastal towns. The site features a vertical drop and varied topography with a sloping wall that starts at shallow depths and slopes deeper, offering exposures to clear water and reliable visibility in good conditions. Expect a mix of rocky overhangs, crevices, and soft coral growth along the wall, with common Western Mediterranean fauna including groupers, snakelocks anemones, lobsters, and octopus in the habitat around the drop. Currents can be present, making it best suited tocertified divers with buoyancy control and wall experience. The site is popular for its accessible depth range and elegant underwater scenery just off the Côte d’Azur, and is usually dived from a shore or short check-out boat run from Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, or Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
