Swiss Inn Beach

Swiss Inn Beach is a shallow sandy-bottom site on Dahab’s coastline, popular for beginner divers and those practicing skills. The shore entry leads to a gently shelving seabed with minimal current, making for relaxed bottom times and easy ascent. The site is mainly characterized by clear, warm Red Sea water and typical shore-dive conditions in Dahab, with a mix of sandy patches and sparse seagrass. Expect common Western Indian Ocean reef-adjacent life near Dahab’s shore, such as small reef fish, angelfish and occasional cuttlefish, rather than large pelagic encounters. The site offers straightforward logistics for on-site entry and short boat transfer from nearby centers, and is often used for called-in training dives from local dive shops.
