Pura Ped

Pura Ped is a coastal site near the village of Ped, known for its shallow reefs and easy access. The dive typically takes place from the shore or a small boat, with gentle entry and clear water conditions. Depths generally range from a few metres down to around 12–15 metres, suitable for beginners and training dives, with a slow, relaxed drift along the reef slope. Common Western Indo-Pacific fauna around this area include small damselfish, clownfish, parrotfish, wrasse, trumpetfish, and octopus, with the possibility of seeing juvenile reef fish around the coral meadows. Visibility is commonly fair to good on calm days, and currents are usually light, making it a comfortable intro site for local divers.
