Melasti

Melasti is a shore-based tropical dive site off Purwakerthi, within easy reach of Amed and Jemeluk on Bali’s northeast coast. The site typically features shallow reef topography with coral gardens and sandy patches, suited to beginners and those building skills. Expect clear tropical water with steady conditions in calm weather and good visibility for relaxed diving. Common reef fish, damselfish, butterflyfish, and occasionally larger species frequent the reef edges, while soft corals and gorgonians add color to the underwater landscape. Access is straightforward from shore, with easy entry and exit for easy dives close to the flight route of many local centers.
