Bat Cave

Bat Cave is a coastal dive site near Lembongan and the Toyapakeh area, located in Indonesian waters. The site features a cavernous overhang and a sheltered cave entrance that opens to a shallow to mid-depth wall, making it accessible for many divers. Entry is typically from any nearby reef ledge or sandy bottom, with a drift-friendly mood depending on current conditions. Visibility is often good, with clear tropical water and a mix of hard coral, sponges, and limestone features. Common reef life includes angelfish, damselfish, parrotfish, and small reef sharks encountered on deeper sections; moray eels and occasional rays are possible around the cave mouth.
