Brovary

Brovary is a city in Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine, not a coastal diving hub. There’s no local sea or saltwater diving access in the city, and there are few if any natural dive sites in the immediate area. If you’re diving in Ukraine, you’d typically base yourself in a coastal city along the Black Sea or enjoy freshwater diving in lakes and quarries elsewhere in the country, and arrange trips to dive centers in those regions. For now, local diving relevance is limited to training or dry-run practice in pools or indoor facilities, or travel to nearby freshwater sites outside the city if you’re pursuing recreational scuba. The city itself is better known for its residential and industrial surroundings and access to Kyiv via rail and road.
