Beverwijk is a coastal town in the Netherlands, located near the North Sea in North Holland. It doesn’t host dive sites of its own, but it serves as a gateway to the wider Dutch diving scene along the North Sea coast. Local diving activity is usually centered around nearby centers that offer training, gear, and access to coastal sites. For freshwater diving, the Mark River nearby provides opportunities for training or occasional quarry-like dives away from the coast. Overall, Beverwijk is more of a travel hub for access to Dutch dive sites than a diving destination itself.
