Malenge

Malenge is a small island/marine area in Central Sulawesi that serves as a gateway for access to Teluk Tomini. With only a few dive sites nearby, the diving scene is modest and less developed, suitable for divers seeking quieter, less crowded conditions. Access is typically via local boats from the mainland or nearby towns, with basic dive operators or guides offering shore or boat dives. Expect warm tropical waters, limited infrastructure, and simple provisioning; marine life is typical of Indonesian reef systems and may include small reef fish and macro life. Because the area is relatively undeveloped, plan ahead for equipment, air fills, and boat logistics.
