Veronica is a shallow reef site near the Sinai coast, typically visited from nearby towns within a short drive. The site features a mix of sandy patches and low-profile coral formations, with easy entry from a sandy bottom and relatively gentle conditions suitable for beginners or afternoon second dives. Expect calm visibility in good weather, with standard Western Indian Ocean coastal species such as damselfish, fusiliers, snappers, and a variety of small reef fish. The area can host occasional larger visitors on deeper sections or during favorable currents. Access is straightforward from local hubs like Taba and Eilat, both within a short ride, making Veronica a practical option for a relaxed dive session near a city base.
