Um Sid

Um Sid is a local diving site near Dahab, offering straightforward access for shore or short boat dives along a shallow to moderate depth reef edge. The site typically features calm conditions with clear, warm water and a variety of Indo-Pacific reef inhabitants typical of the Sinai coast. Divers can expect a gentle drop-off, sandy patches, and occasional bomies or small ledges. It is suitable for beginner to intermediate divers and for practicing buoyancy and line-work, with entry and exit from shore or a short transfer from the main dive base.
