Rozi

Rozi is a local dive site near Mellieħa in the Maltese archipelago. Access is straightforward from nearby coastal towns, with shallow entry points typical of Maltese reef and rocky seabed. Depths at this site are generally shallow, suitable for recreational divers, with moderate visibilities common in calm conditions. The site features a mixed seabed of rocky ledges, patches of sandy bottom, and small overhangs that create sheltered nooks for macro life. Expect typical Western Mediterranean/Maltese biodiversity such as wrasses, damselfish, blennies, parrotfish, and occasionally groupers around rocky outcrops. This is a coastal site best dived in calm seas and with appropriate local knowledge. Nearby bays and the seabed transition offer easy navigation for shore or boat-based dives. Access is aided by proximity to the Maltese coast, with divers often using nearby dive centers for rental gear and local briefings.
