Islands

Islands is a dive site near Dahab, located on the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea. The site refers to a cluster of small islets and surrounding coral heads that create a shallow to moderate depth coral plateau. Access is straightforward from the coast, with entry typically from a sandy beach or shallow reef edge. Conditions are usually calm with clear water and good visibility, making it suitable for reef lovers and macro swimmers. Expect typical Red Sea tropical marine life such as reef fish, damselfish, wrasses, clownfish anemones, and occasional larger species in the open water surrounding the islets. Bottom structure features a mix of coral gardens and sparse sandy patches, with gentle slopes ideal for drift or shallow exploration depending on currents.
