Deep Siam

Deep Siam is a coastal site near Eilat, offering a shallow to moderately deep wall and reef topography along the southern Red Sea. Access is quick from Eilat and the area is known for clear, warm water and generally good visibility. The site features a sloping drop into deeper water with rocky ledges and patches of soft coral and macro life typical of the Gulf of Aqaba. Expect sandy bottom sections, occasional reef fish, and the chance to see cleaner wrasse, damsels, and reef species typical of southeastern Egyptian and Israeli waters. Currents are usually mild but can pick up with tides, so experienced buoyancy control helps. Best dived in calm conditions, with simpler entries from the shore or a short boat ride.
