Coral Forest

Coral Forest is a shallow, beginner-friendly reef dive site off Dahab, known for a vibrant coral garden and a diverse mix of small reef fish. The site features a gentle slope with patchy hard corals and soft corals, making it suitable for first-time open-water divers and snorkelers with basic training. Entry is from a calm beach area with a short, easy surface swim to the reef, and typical conditions include mild current and 10–18 meters of depth. Expect a relaxed navigation pattern along the reef crest, with opportunities to observe damselfish, butterflyfish, wrasses, and occasional parrotfish. This site benefits from nearby centers in Dahab, with easy access for day trips from town. Note that visibility and currents can vary with weather; plan dives when seas are calm and always follow local guidance.
