Dhigurah
Thinfushi Thila
Thinfushi Thila is a small pinnacle site in the Maldives, typically formed by a rocky or coral pinnacle that rises from the surrounding sandy bottom. Access is straightforward from local islands, with drift or wall-like features common near the pinnacle. Depths are shallow to moderate, often suitable for recreational divers depending on currents. Expect clear turquoise water, abundant hard and soft corals, and a variety of reef fish such as parrotfish, snappers, fusiliers, and barracuda. Due to its exposure to currents, conditions can change quickly; check local dive guides and plan for buoyancy control and safety stops. The site is commonly visited as part of Maldivian manta and wildlife seasonality, though sightings vary by time and conditions.
