Rtn Kled Gaeow (Wreck)

RTN Kled Gaeow (Wreck) is a wreck dive site off Ao Nang, in Thai waters. The site centers on a sunken vessel that rests on a sandy bottom with variable visibility depending on currents and weather. Access is typically from a liveaboard or local dive boat, with entry from a gentle shore or boat berthing. The wreck offers swim-throughs and exterior exploration of the hull, with potential for limited penetration for trained wreck divers. Typical conditions include mild to moderate currents, clear to moderately turbid water, and a depth range suitable for experienced recreational divers. Surrounding habitats include typical Andaman Sea fauna such as small reef fishes, occasional parrotfish, spiny lobsters, and a sandy surround that supports stingrays and solitary morays near the hull. This site is used by local centers from Ao Nang for recreational wreck dives and occasional night dives when conditions permit.
