Saint Raphaël
Roche D'Aurelle
Roche d'Aurelle is a shallow rocky reef dive site off the Côte d’Azur, typically reached from Théoule-sur-Mer or nearby towns. The site features a sloping seabed with scattered boulders and small overhangs that attract a variety of Mediterranean species. Expect gentle currents, clear water in good conditions, and easy entry from nearby beaches or small quays. Depths commonly range from a few metres to around 15–20 metres, making it suitable for recreational divers and those focusing on macro and reef life. Typical encounters include wrasses, damselfish, moray eels, octopus, and occasional groupers around rocky outcrops; posidonia meadows are common in the surrounding shallows.
