Parker

Parker is a local dive site near Lapu-Lapu, Cordova and Cebu City in the central Philippines. The site is typically accessed from shore or a short boat ride from the Metro Cebu area. Conditions are generally typical of a tropical reef environment with clear water and mild to moderate currents depending on tides. Expect shallow to mid-depth profiles suitable for recreational divers, with coral blocks, sandy patches and typical Indo-Pacific reef inhabitants. As a nearby, community-friendly site, it’s commonly used for introductory dives, training, and short snorkeling excursions when sea state allows.
