TIngo is a coastal dive site in the Philippines's Visayas region. It lies within relatively sheltered, warm tropical waters typical of Cebu's southern coast, with shallow to mid-depth topography and clear visibility in calm conditions. The site commonly features gentle slopes and patches of reef along drop-offs, offering straightforward entry from shore or boat and a relaxed drift along a forgiving seabed. Expect a varied assemblage of reef inhabitants typical of tropical Indo-Pacific waters, including small reef fish, fusiliers, damselfish, wrasses, and occasional larger fish around structural features. As with many Cebu-area sites, conditions can change with currents and weather; plan for buoyancy control, a basic reef-awareness mindset, and local guidance for safe navigation. Nearby towns such as Lapu-Lapu (about 10 km away), Liloan, and Cordova provide access points and services, with local dive centers often operating around the Mactan/Cebu area.
