Navarra

Navarra is a coastal dive site near Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, Saint-Paul and other west coast areas of Réunion. The site lies in warm, tropical Indian Ocean waters with typical visibility conditions varying by season. Divers commonly encounter reef structures and sloping bottoms with a mix of hard corals and soft corals, along with a range of reef fish, wrasses, angelfish, parrotfish and occasional moray eels. Entry is typically from a sheltered shore or small beach access, with currents generally mild but can increase with sea state. The site is suitable for recreational divers, including those new to reef diving, and offers an easy-to-intermediate profile with gentle gradients and chances to explore shaded crevices and coral columns.
