Luminao Reef

Luminao Reef is a coastal scuba site near Puertomunicipality’s southern coastline, commonly accessed from nearby villages such as Piti and Asan with short surface intervals from the main hubs in Hågat. The reef typically slopes from shallow to moderate depths and features healthy hard corals, with schools of reef fish and occasional macro life along vertebrate-free sand patches. Entry is straightforward from the shoreline or a small boat launch, and conditions are generally calm with visibility that varies seasonally. This site is best suited to recreational divers exploring local reef tops and gentle drop-offs rather than deep wall dives.
