Gun Beach

Gun Beach is a local dive site near Hagåtña,Tamuning and Dededo on Guam. It features a sandy to rubble bottom with relatively shallow depths, typical of bay and reef edge dives in this area. The site is known for easy access from shore, with gradual entry and generally calm conditions in good weather. Divers commonly encounter reef-associated fish such as damselfish, triggerfish and surgeonfish, plus occasional juvenile reef species and macro life around rubble areas. Visibility varies with plankton and run-off but can be suitable for recreational dives, especially for new divers or those building confidence in shore-based Guam dives.
