La Lauve

La Lauve is a coastal dive site near Antibes in the French Riviera. Access is straightforward from the shoreline with a sandy to rocky bottom typical of Mediterranean coastal sites. The site commonly features shallow to mid-depth exploration with gently sloping entry and exit points. Divers may encounter Mediterranean marine life such as wrasse, bream, small groupers, octopus, and lobsters, with adjacent posidonia seagrass beds typical of the region. The site form consists of a shallow reef/rocky outcrops and a gentle slope that makes it suitable for training dives and for divers building buoyancy and navigation skills. Conditions are generally stable in good weather, with water clarity varying seasonally.
