Havenhoofd

Havenhoofd is a local Dutch dive site near the towns of Zierikzee, Ouwerkerk and Kerkwerve. The area offers straightforward access and shallow to mid-depth conditions typical of sheltered coastal dives in the Zeeland region. Expect clear water with moderate visibility and seabed relief including sandy patches and man-made or natural features characteristic of harbor entrances. This site is suitable for beginners and recreational divers, with easy entry and exits from the shore or nearby piers when conditions allow. Marine life is representative of coastal Dutch diving: common small fish, crabs, shrimp and occasional shore-dassociated species; the surrounding area benefits from proximity to sheltered channels and calm conditions in good weather.
