Forcats (Jugadora)

Forcats (Jugadora) is a coastal dive site along the Catalan coast near Cadaqués. The site typically features rocky bottoms and gentle slopes suitable for shore or boat entries from the Costa Brava. Depths are shallow to moderate, commonly ranging from a few meters to the mid-teens, with clear visibility in good weather and temperate sea conditions. Divers may encounter typical Western Mediterranean reef life such as groupers, moray eels, octopus, wrasses and damselfish, along with posidonia meadows and rocky overhangs that shelter small species. The area is known for its scenic underwater topography rather than a single famous wreck or feature, making it a solid choice for training dives, macro viewing, and relaxed recreational dives. Access is straightforward from nearby towns like Cadaqués, el Port de la Selva, and Roses, with quick road connections and short boat options from the harbor.
