Punta Falconera

Punta Falconera is a local dive site off the coast near Roses, with easy access from the town and the surrounding Costa Brava area. The site is typically approached from shore or a short boat hop, and divers encounter a shallow to moderately deep reef and rocky formations that host a variety of Mediterranean life. Expect clear, temperate waters with seasonal visibility depending on conditions. Common Mediterranean species such as groupers, moray eels, octopus, and varied wrasse and damselfish are typical in this region, along with thriving posidonia meadows in the area. The site is suitable for wall and reef dives, with opportunities for both closer-in profiles and a bit of vertical topography as you explore the rocky edges.
