Santa Maria De Llorell
Els Bolets
Els Bolets is a local Mediterranean dive site near the Costa Brava, typically accessed from nearby towns along the coast. The site is generally sheltered, with shallow sandy and rocky areas that host a variety of seabed habitats. Divers usually explore around low-profile reefs and rocky outcrops, looking for common Western Mediterranean species such as groupers, wrasse, octopus, and moray eels, with posidonia seagrass meadows in the vicinity. Conditions are highly dependent on weather, with visibility often in the range typical for nearshore sites. Entry from a boat or shore-based access can vary by tide and local practice. It is a straightforward site suitable for recreational divers and those building experience along the Costa Brava coastline.
