La Nacra

La Nacra is a local dive site near Blanes in the Costa Brava. Access is quick from nearby towns, with the site typically reached within a short road drive and a straightforward entry from the coast. The dive involves coastal reef and rocky terrain typical of the area, with depth commonly in the shallow to mid range. Expect Mediterranean life such as groupers, octopus, small snappers, moray eels, and a variety of wrasses and damselfish around rocky outcrops and Posidonia seagrass meadows. Conditions are generally calm in good weather, making it suitable for recreational dives and practicing buoyancy and navigation around a shallow to moderate profile.
