Cadaqués
Cova De S’infern
Cova de s’infern is a small, local dive site in the Costa Brava, near Cadaqués. Access is straightforward from the coast with sheltered conditions typical of shallow rocky seabed dives. The site features a rocky cave/overhang and a sloping bottom; entry is usually from a gentle drop-off with calm seas in good weather. Expect Mediterranean species common to the Western Mediterranean—groupers, octopus, moray eels, parrotfish and wrasses—along with posidonia meadows in surrounding areas. Depths are generally shallow, making it suitable for beginner to intermediate divers with proper buoyancy control. The site lies a few kilometres from front line towns such as Cadaqués and el Port de la Selva, and slightly farther from Roses, which can serve as access hubs for local dive operations.
