Apoo

Apoo is a dive site near Bora-Bora, located in the protected lagoon area. This shallow site provides a calm introduction to lagoonal diving with gentle topography and easy entry from shore or boats. Expect clear turquoise water, sandy patches, and short drifts along shallow reefs. Marine life is typical of reef lagoons: small reef fishes, angelfish, parrotfish, and occasional rays or reef sharks in larger lagoons. Visibility is usually good, and water stays warm year-round, making it suitable for beginners and for relaxed snorkel-and-dloat excursions as well.
