Hof Ha Carmel Regional Council

Hof HaCarmel Regional Council is a coastal area in northern Israel near Haifa. It provides access to the Mediterranean Sea and nearby dive centers focus on boat and shore diving from the coast, with a mix of reef slopes, sandy bottoms, and local wreck and marine life typical of the eastern Mediterranean. While the region itself has limited large-scale dive zones compared to major Red Sea or Mediterranean hubs, divers often use Haifa and nearby towns as gateways to nearby sites, including protected bays and shallow reefs suitable for training, night dives, and shore dives. The area is more of a gateway to coastal dives and freshwater options in the wider country rather than a standalone dive destination.
