Asan Si

Asan-si is a coastal city in South Chungcheong, South Korea, located near the Yellow Sea and inland from the main metropolitan hubs. It isn’t a major diving destination; there are very limited local dive options. The city’s access is more about practical travel logistics and nearby coastal access rather than on-site diving. For divers, the closest practical diving hubs are along other parts of the Yellow Sea coast or further afield in South Korea, where several dive centers offer shore dives, boat trips, and training. If visiting for non-diving reasons, you’ll find urban amenities, local culture, and easy transport connections to coastal dive bases in the region.
