Makkah Al Mukarramah

Makkah Al Mukarramah sits inland in western Saudi Arabia. It is not a coastal diving destination, and the city itself has no local dive centers or dive sites. The region is arid and culturally significant, with most diving access concentrated along the Red Sea coast to the west and within a broader travel plan. If you’re diving from this area, you’d typically base yourself in a coastal city on the Red Sea for access to reef, wall, or wreck diving, or arrange training and trips through established centers in nearby port towns.
