Batangas City

Batangas City is a coastal gateway in the Batangas province, facing the North Pacific and the Philippine Sea. Scuba diving here is mostly about getting access to nearby dive areas by boat, including typical South Luzon shore and offshore spots suited to day trips. Expect a warm, tropical environment most of the year, with conditions that can vary by season and weather. As a city hub rather than a “standalone” reef destination, Batangas is commonly used as a starting point to reach surrounding sites, where dive operators handle the local logistics like pick-ups, briefing, and entry/exit planning.
