Felidhoo

Felidhoo is an atoll village in the Maldives, within the Felidhu Atoll group in the Indian Ocean. The Maldives are renowned for their clear lagoons, coral reefs, and macro biodiversity. This location serves as access to local dive centers and nearshore sites around the atoll. With a couple of local dive operators, divers typically base themselves for day trips to nearby reefs, walls, and house reefs, with conditions moderated by tropical warmth and calm atoll waters. Expect calm surface conditions, clear visibility, and abundant reef fish, small critters, and occasional manta or eagle ray sightings nearby, though site variety mainly reflects typical Maldivian soft coral reefs and blue holes around atoll rings. Given its atoll setting, most diving is drift-friendly, with shallow to mid-depth dives suitable for a range of experience levels.
