Hemei Village sits inland in Taiwan, far from the coastline. It isn’t a diving hotspot on its own, and there are no nearby dive sites or active dive centers within the village. For divers, the closest practical access would be to travel to coastal areas or larger cities with established dive centers and underwater sites along Taiwan’s eastern coast or around offshore islands.
