San Fernando

San Fernando in the Canary Islands sits inland from the Atlantic coast, and its diving relevance is limited. The town itself does not host many dive sites, and nearby coastal areas are where divers typically access the sea. If you’re in the area for travel or culture, you can find a couple of local dive centers a short drive away that offer basic courses and equipment rental, but expect the immediate vicinity to offer little in terms of dive sites. Freshwater opportunities are not inherent to the city, and most diving activity would take you to the surrounding coast or neighboring resorts with established reefs and dive services.
