Dakar Region sits on the western tip of Senegal along the Atlantic coast. The diving in this administrative area centers on urban coastal environments and nearby offshore sites accessible from Dakar. Expect sheltered conditions in the bay, with relatively warm water and moderate visibility most of the year. The region hosts a mix of shallow reef patches, sandy bottoms, and occasional wrecks within day-trip reach from the capital.
