Access is generally via Saint Petersburg metropolitan area for services and logistics. Expect temperate conditions, variable visibility, and wildlife typical of northern Baltic-adjacent waters. The region is more about access and scenery than a high-concentration dive destination, with a small number of dive sites suitable for experienced divers exploring transitional Baltic environments.
