Gdynia

Gdynia is a Baltic Sea coast city in northern Poland, known as a busy port and gateway to the Tricity area. It’s not a major diving hub, but its coastal location provides access to nearby Baltic dive sites along the Polish coast and day trips from local centers. There are a few local dive centers offering courses, equipment rental, and boat or shore dives nearby, with typical Baltic conditions: cool to temperate water, visibility often in the few meters to over 10 m range depending on conditions, and common species like Baltic cod, flounder, and small pelagic life. Freshwater options are not a feature of the city itself, and diving in the immediate vicinity is more about access to the coast than city-centered diving.
