Central Luzon

Central Luzon in the Philippines offers coastal and island diving within an extensive system of bays and reefs. The region is best known for access to divers heading to nearby Subic Bay and the offshore areas around Olongapo, with calm shallow waters and more exposed sites further offshore. Nearshore reefs, wrecks and macro life can be found, with generally warm tropical conditions and varied visibility depending on tides and weather. Inland areas such as Zambales provide a mix of rustic access points and local dive communities, though most notable dive activity centers around the coastal zones along the region’s western shoreline.
