Motutere

Motutere is a small coastal locality in Waikato, New Zealand. It’s not a major diving hub, and the region’s diving activity is limited nearby to freshwater and marine access points along the coast. With only a couple of known dive sites in the broader area and no local dive centers recorded, diving plans would typically involve traveling to closer centers along the Coromandel or Bay of Plenty coast or arranging trips from nearby towns. Expect temperate waters, variable visibility, and typical South Pacific marine life when access allows, but don’t rely on Motutere for destination diving on its own.
