Qartaboun

Qartaboun sits inland along Lebanon’s Keserwan-Jbeil region, not a coastal city. It’s near the Mediterranean in a broad sense but there is no immediate diving coastline within the city. The area is more about access to nearby coastal dive hubs and centers along the Lebanese coast; divers typically travel to closer shorelines or day trips from larger coastal towns to reach the Mediterranean’s shallow reefs and wrecks. The city itself has limited if any on-site dive activity, so planning would focus on logistics to major dive centers along the coast or to inland training facilities if needed.
